Rudy Gobert has been the NBA’s best defensive player for the past two seasons. He took part in the all-star game for the first time this year. He is still one of the League’s most dominant centers, even after many years. However, he will not be remembered for his achievements on the court, but as the first player infected with the coronavirus which led to the suspension of the sport around the world.
In Boston on March 6th, there was a match between the Celtics and the Jazz. There was a second-grader who attended the game. He had been dreaming of getting Rudy’s autograph throughout the game. Unfortunately, it turned out the boy the coronavirus.
On Wednesday, Gobert was diagnosed with the coronavirus. According to eyewitness accounts, the Frenchman was defiant before the diagnosis.
So of the Jazz players said that Gobert was acting “carelessly” in the locker room, touching teammates and other people’s things.
