Schultz and McCollum agreed that the five most successful moves in league history are:

  • Iverson’s crossover

“Allen’s crossover changed the rules of the game,” says CJ.

In 1997, NBA legend Allen Iverson tricked Michael Jordan into his crossover. A prominent basketball player made two consecutive ball transfers and put his opponent off balance.

  • Jordan’s fadeaway.

“Mike is the best player today. It is unreal cool! ” – Schultz joins the discussion.

After MVP Carl Malone missed two late free throws to give the Jazz advantage, Michael Jordan calmly made a throw with a deflection when it was time to give the Bulls an 84-82 win in one of the 1997 finals.

  • Manu’s eurostep.

“Eurostep Manu Ginobili was certainly revolutionary. He came from Europe and did so. Nobody did this to him, ”McCollum said on the podcast.

The composition of the US team at the 2004 Summer Olympics was impressive – no one believed that anyone could win such a team.  Dream Team won all 24 games at the 1992, 1996 and 2000 Olympics and was unlikely to stop. And even more so, no one would have thought that Argentina would upset America  The leader of that team was Manu Ginobili, a young but already NBA champion in San Antonio. His Eurostep surprising planet.

  • Kareem’s skyhook

“Kareem’s heavenly hook is legendary. It’s magic on the basketball court. Kareem was an extremely productive player. If he were to play now he would be the best basketball player! ”

Having successfully used the skyhook back in school, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar sharpened this reception while studying at the university, due to a ban on strikes from above. Subsequently, he confidently performed his reception with both left and right hands, and at a greater distance than other basketball players.

  • Hakeem’s dream shake

“He was an extremely hard-working player who played 82 games a season. It’s crazy! He was an incredible player in this game! “

If Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s famous “skyhook” is the only block that can be blocked, then the “shake” of Hakim Olajuwon remains in the memory of many as the same element against which there is no antidote!
